Un néo-bistrot dans le quartier ancien, un rajeunissement dans l'offre qui plaît aux nouvelles générations et amateurs de saveurs différentes. Ces derniers y trouvent une riche ardoise, constituant le menu-carte à 32 € et utilisant le terroir à bon escient : brioche farcie au sainte-maure crème acidulée à la ciboulette, papillote de lieu jaune aux topinambours coulis de betterave, ris d'agneau sautés sauce au cheverny rouge et lard. Les desserts eux-mêmes montrent les efforts de "revisite", l'atmosphère est agréable et le cheverny de Tessier ou le brouilly de Ferraud font de sympathiques escortes.
